We naturally gather around the people, perspectives, and experiences that feel most familiar to us, often confusing familiarity with true unity. At Pentecost, the Spirit moves beyond those boundaries, creating a people bound together not by sameness, but by the life of Christ shared across every barrier. The risen Christ is not found in a church closed in on itself, but in a Spirit-filled community sent into the world for the sake of others.
