In the 1960s and 70s the Arlington Church of Christ had a choir, not to sing in worship, but to sing in concerts around the area particularly in spaces such as nursing homes where music would be an encouragement.  The choir was directed by Bill Fox, a member of the US Army’s Chorus, and the song leader at Arlington. For our members at that time the choir was a much-loved institution and helped lay the foundation for musical excellence that is still part of our worship today.  The choir made one record of a concert sung at Arlington.
